Return & Refund Policy

Because every Idle Mind piece is printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. This keeps things simple and helps us avoid unnecessary waste.

Defects, misprints, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page, and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll review and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Sizing
Since we don't hold inventory, we can't offer exchanges for the wrong size ordered. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or it's significantly delayed past the estimated window, contact us and we'll help track it down.
